I purchased a car in June 2018, a service light was on and was told by the dealer "no prob we will have it fixed take it to our shop". I signed the paperwork, did that and over 30 days later still didn't have the car. then they refused to pay for the repair. Got the finance company to speak to them the deal got canceled and they still have my down payment. It's now the end of September!! I was told someone would be in touch and never heard from anyone, no returned calls nothing. I called every day and left a message! I called once to at least try to get an email address of the person that was supposed to contact me (MJ) and expressed my frustration to the person that answered I was literally told: " I don't work here they just asked me to answer the phone". I've even contacted a lawyer and sent a demand letter. This is insane. I have no car but they have my money. Joe was the finance guy that told us stories of crooked people that use to work there. Seems as if they are still there. This has put my family in a horrible position without this car or my money.
