We had excellent service and all of the employees were really nice eventough we didn't make the purchase on the first day. Gwinnett Place Nissan will allow you to take home a car, drive it for a week. Then call you back and tell you that they want $500 to $1000 more down plus your interest rate will increase by 2.5%. Then when drive it for a week. Then call you back and tell you that they want $500 to $1000 more down plus your interest rate will increase by 2.5%. Then when you tell them that you will just return the car b/c you don't have any more money to put down, they want to work out a deal with you. And then have the nerve to say that the dealership can lower your interest rate by 2% and they have reserve money so you wont need to put anything else down, if you will just work out the deal with them! So basically, you called me after the 3 day resend period to tell me the interest rate was going up and you wanted more money down so you could get more money! And when I told you no, you then tell me what liars and cheaters you really are and that I can keep the car! NOT!!!! Here is your car back and you get NONE of my money! DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN OR GWINNETT FORD! More
Mike Morris was very attentive and met me at my car when I had an appointment with him. He was quick...didn't waste time and worked hard to get me a great deal on my truck. I went for a service and they told me one price and when I arrived to pay it was almost double. They argued with me (not pleasant people) and I felt they ripped me off and took advantage of me. And they demadged my window and didn't wanna be responsible for it even though I had witness!! Horrible experience!!!! Don't recommend this dealer at all!!! More
I went to two other Nissan dealerships prior to Gwinnett Place Nissan and was very dissatisfied but when I arrived there the atmosphere was welcoming. It was just a very good overall experience buying this Place Nissan and was very dissatisfied but when I arrived there the atmosphere was welcoming. I started off talking to Mike but when I visited he was not there and his co workers were just as friendly and helpful. This dealership has an outstanding selection of vehicles and very knowledgeable staff. I would have no hesitation recommending him to future potential customers. More
Mayo was very good at explaining the options I had with the vehicle I was looking at, I told her my price range the vehicle I wanted and she didn't deviate from what I wanted. She was very friendly and tho the vehicle I was looking at, I told her my price range the vehicle I wanted and she didn't deviate from what I wanted. She was very friendly and thought only about my needs. She was very on top of things and even when I needed a call back for them to check my AC unit she ensure that someone was going to look at it. I recommend this dealership because of my experience with Mayo. More
