I have never had a mechanic come from his work station to greet me when I come in, but Mike does. Every one from the guys behind the desk, Steve, Kyle, and Ray, to Todd the service mgr, to Mike the mechanic, to the Ladies at the cashier desk. Every time I come in its always the same.
