Because My vehicle was under warranty Gunn Honda towed my car immediately on a busy Saturday, changed out the battery without charging me a penny. While my Honda was being fixed I asked Gunn if they wouldn't mind changing the fluids, oil, and filters for me as well as rotating the tires? Even though they were slammed they accommodated my wishes and followed through and I got back on the road within a few hours.
