I had driven off in a loaner, which Giancarlo (porter) helped me without hesitation when I couldn't figure out the many new features in the car. My car was ready within an hour and Javier called to let me know as well as to assure there was no rush for pickup. I took advantage of the time since they finished promptly and asked for a quote on a part I'd been putting off. They happily completed that as well. Upon picking up my vehicle Javier was once again readily available and thorough with the information. Service provided by the team met and exceeded my expectations. More
