This dealership lacks in communication as well as good service of a vehicle in need. My vehicle (2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz) broke down (Transmission with under 30k miles) here which my residence being 125 m service of a vehicle in need. My vehicle (2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz) broke down (Transmission with under 30k miles) here which my residence being 125 miles away from home. I got Hyundai Corporation involved and they are just as USELESS. It took Foundation Hyundai 25 days total to replace my transmission. With being lied to of various excuses to why they are delayed. the Transmission was shipped to them, and yet it still took them over 2 weeks to get the job done. I was told oh, 1 car is before yours (one week passed), then told several cars ahead of mine, etc. This place is very unprofessional in every aspect! The only reason I fould out my vehicle was back at the dealership here near me, was the Hyundai app. They did not tell me it was back, was never notified, then when I called my dealer herre they were even puzzled, asking why the vehicle was delived to them. It took them several people to locate the vehicle. We finally picked up the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz and sold it ASAP. These place needs to regroup, and actually do what is right for the customers, instead of misleading them with excuses. More
