Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Had to call several times over the span of a week to get any update on my vehicle. Called and was told the parts were in and my vehicle was being serviced, then received a call the following day from my service provider to let me know the parts were in fact not in and my vehicle had not been touched. Vehicle was finished after a week and I personally had to call the warranty company multiple times to do the dealerships part. The service my specialist provided was great including pickup and drop off. More
