Kent did not provide a " haggling game" or "pressure" sales. The process was, this is what we can do for you, to have the vehicle you want. The price was fair, I received discounts, and Classic received a reasonable profit. Brannon shopped interest rates, and explained the financing and warranties very well, with no pressure in finalizing the paperwork. Overall, a good experience. More

I have always been happy with our Service Reps and dealing with Josh was no different...they are a knowledgeable dedicated group. My only disappointment was that when I took it on Monday, they ask if I had an appointment and I said no, so, I was ask to bring it back on Wednesday. I got the Jeep back on Friday early evening. I will make an appointment next time; but, most of us have no control when our vehicles break or throw a code. More
