The service department seems great IF you have a Buick or GMC product. I brought my VW Atlas (that I purchased from them) in for a scheduled complimentary oil change at 7:00 am. Initially, the service tech a GMC product. I brought my VW Atlas (that I purchased from them) in for a scheduled complimentary oil change at 7:00 am. Initially, the service tech and the service manager discouraged me from having my oil changed claiming that they didn’t have the oil filter for my vehicle. You knew when you offered me the oil change that I had a VW. You knew when I scheduled the appointment that I had a VW Atlas. The time between me receiving the email offer for the oil change and scheduling the appointment was about a year because I don’t drive the vehicle that much. I think that’s ample enough time to get an oil filter! I finally was able to get a tech that was willing to go through the trouble of getting the necessary filter to do the oil change. However, I was at that dealership for about 3.5 hours for that COMPLIMENTARY oil change. More
