Excellent care and salesmanship We just leased a new Mazda 3 for my father and a CX 3 for myself. The care and service we received though a little bit lengthily, was exemplary. Disrespectul at its definition Stephen Malin, finance guy was downright disrespectfull to my Daughter who was purchasing her first brand new car. She has a high-paying job, is a rec Stephen Malin, finance guy was downright disrespectfull to my Daughter who was purchasing her first brand new car. She has a high-paying job, is a recent college grad, and a has very nice 782 FICO score. Stephen Malin sat down and his very first words were "we have a problem"..."because you have zero existing debt, you need someone to co-sign." He also tried to tell us our paymment would be $9/ month more than previously agreed and our mileage limit would be 30k, not the 36k previously agreed. The ole saying..."It's not what you say but how you say it" is a perfect way to describe this SOB! He was the most unprofessional finance person i've ever dealt with and pretty much ruined an otherwise great experience. In the end, we got the vehicle at the agreed terms, but dealing with this low-life took the excitement away and left a very sour taste in our mouth. He tried every way to make my Daughter feel bad when she deserved to bee treated as the prisine credit she is. I will not recommend Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach so long as Stephen Malin is employed there. I will say that our salesman David J was the polar opposite of POS Malin. David is an awesome salesman who deserves recognition. I believe all of the Malin shananigans was an attemptt to squeeze more profit fir the dealership. He is a disgusting human being and needs to know he cant treat people like he did my Daughter. I called Dane, the GM to discuss this matter and am still waiting for a return call. More

David Judovits dealt with us on our first visit and started the sales process and Anthony Goie did the test drive, the negotiations, and the post sale followups. They were both very good. Fabio in finance advised us to take advantage of the low interest rates and Steve Malin completed the financing and helped us get a great rate.
