never again I’ve never had a department that was supposed to fix my car manage to xxxx it up more than it when it went in. Also the guy that greeted me was an idiot who asked me to repeat what I needed 4 times before he looked at me and said “oh that doesn’t matter anyway I don’t work on that” More

Overall Good My service experience was pretty good. It would have been great if they remembered to refill the DEF tank. I forgot to check the gauge before I left the dealership and ended up doing it the next day but, when I did, I saw that they didn't fill it up. Now I have to make a special trip and buy a couple gallons of the stuff. Oh well. More
