Loss of quality And Customer service I've been a customer here for years 5th car from this location. 31st of December I was one of the last customer of the year. I have been satisfied I've been a customer here for years 5th car from this location. 31st of December I was one of the last customer of the year. I have been satisfied with prior ownership. However for first time since my purchase of 2018 fusion I stayed to wait for service. I waited in showroom And was totally invisible to everyone working. Even got to hear a employee receptionist whom was on her phone yelling and screaming about how she had been wronged and wanted to know "why she was being charged". She never did acknowledge me the whole 1.5hrs I was there. The music playing overhead was rap and R&B and was so inappropriate for a place of business. To say the least I am rethinking as to where I should take my business to where I am treated like a valued customer not just a peasant. Ford is my brand of choice and thank God there are more Ford dealers nearby. More

Scheduled Maintanence It's easy and convenient. And their prices are compatiable with other automotive shops, but you know you are getting a Ford ASE qualified mechanic to It's easy and convenient. Charlene made a few recommendations which I argreed with. Car is running as good as ever. Only suggestion I would make is a one-on-one with the an actual mechanic. As a prior helicopter mechanic, I really would like to see the repairs being performed. More

Alexander Rouco Is the best! I pulled in to get my F450 truck serviced because something was wrong with my batteries and my runningboards were malfunctioning, in less than 60 sec I pulled in to get my F450 truck serviced because something was wrong with my batteries and my runningboards were malfunctioning, in less than 60 seconds Mr. Rouco was there to greet me and in less than 30 seconds repaired the minor issue with the runningboards due to the batteries malfunctioning. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He then took my information and had my vehicle serviced and batteries replaced very expeditiously. He kept me informed during the visit. Am I opinion he is the best service writer I have ever experienced at your dealership. One concern that I have is that Ford came out with a module for the FordPass system in my truck, however I’m told that they cannot get the module at this time. It would be greatly appreciate it if somebody can look into that for me because I am in dire need of having the FordPass module installed in my truck.
