I was in for multiple recalls and I wanted an oil change. My service advisor was great (Richard). He mentioned a check which included a tire rotation. I thought (incorrectly) that it was part of the free multi-point inspection. When I got the bill it didn’t document the tire rotation so I had to call back to confirm.that it was done. (It should be specifically mentioned on the receipt). Richard explained it was part of a “Works” package which I don’t recall approving. I was surprised when my oil change cost $54 but then I realized it was part of the Works package which is actually a good deal at $39.95. It just should have been explained better upfront. The only other thing I can mention is that when they did the brake check they did not document the mm left on the brake pads. Every other time I had service here (Auto Nation) the mm left on the pads was documented. Why not now? Overall very good though. just some constructive feedback. More
