I do NOT recommend the service center at this Chevy. I had a nightmare experience. Brought my car in a month and a half ago for an oil change. I also mentioned my car was starting slow and requested a new battery. They said no the battery is fine and not knowing much about cars I took them at their word. BIG MISTAKE. A month later my car's ability to start got sporadiclly worse to the point where it started taking 2-3 times to get it started. At this point I knew something was wrong and brought the car in again on Friday with a morning appointment time. I had someone drop it off for me, as I work full time 40 minutes away, and they told him it may be awhile and not to wait. They said IF they needed parts it would take a few days. Later Friday night an hour before close, I call the service center wondering why I hadn't heard anything as they usually tell you whats wrong, how much it will cost, how long it will take etc. and I got sent to voicemail repeatedly! It took me 30 minutes and begging before someone reached out to Rob the service advisor who claimed that, DESPITE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, my car wouldn't even be looked at until the next day or the latest Monday. Flash forward to Monday and 4 voicemails a day to even talk to someone about the status of my car and ITS STILL NOT EVEN LOOKED AT! Finally on Tuesday night I was informed that my car was examined and THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. Despite sending them video evidence that the car is not starting properly. IT TOOK 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO TELL ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CAR WHICH CLEARLY HAD SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. I told them to change my battery anyways (as something is clearly wrong with my car and a mechanic friend in another area told me its either the battery or the starter) and give me my car back as bumming rides and borrowing cars for days to get to work has been a nightmare. So on Wednesday they change my battery and charge me $350!!! (the price for a battery + the cost of them "diagnosising" my car with nothing wrong. So I absolutely do not recommend this chevy as they take 5 days to even look at your car, have terrible communication, completely rip you off for a service they didnt even provide (I do not consider a diagnosis of nothing wrong a real diagnosis), and they didn't offer me a rental car or price break for the inconveniences. WORST SERVICE EVER. They never should have taken my car or should have told me to come back in 6 days. Horrible horrible experience. More

I bought a used f250 from Grieco Chevy, upon initial purchase the truck had a few issues that needed to be taken care of, the sales managers, the salesman and the service team went above and beyond to g purchase the truck had a few issues that needed to be taken care of, the sales managers, the salesman and the service team went above and beyond to get the issues taken care of. Everything may not have been taken care of in one trip but they are an extremely busy dealership as I work for an extremely busy contractor so I was willing to work around their schedule as they were willing to work around mine. Thank you to the teams that worked together to everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend both sales and service at this dealership. More

Disgusting service and u can even get yelled at the way they put there signs out!!! U know move forward, LOL but that lane is one lane only but someone parks on top of the arrow but this sign says move forward, go at your own risk may God bless you If you decide to move forward with that dealership.
