The worst customer service I've ever seen. The GM/ SM has the worst manners possible. He said, I don't care if you buy a car or not. I asked to speak to the GM. The GM has someone else in financing for the same car which I had already been Approved for, and sold it to them. Here is why; purchased a pre owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 8/29/23 and have been back to the dealer 4x for service. Not to mention the check engine light came on 4 days after the purchase. But today was the last straw! While driving the vehicle it started to shake on the highway, when I say shake I mean like an uncontrollable shake almost as it the car was having a seizure. We exited and dropped the speed to 25/30 so that we can control it. We proceeded on and it happened yet again, at this point I had become over it. So we took the street way all the way Greenway. While driving to the dealership it happened several more times. I get to the dealership, jump out and hand the keys to the Sales manager, I refuse to leave with this car I feel totally unsafe at this point. That’s not even the icing on the horrible cake, he hand the keys to service and guess what?? They can’t even start the car. The service team had to PUSH the car to the service area. So again, learn from this and keep shopping around, don’t think about Greenway at all! You will truly regret it More
