I have a Jeep with a "Lifetime Warranty" that has been in the shop multiple times and it always takes an an extremely long time to service. I'm told that Chrysler no longer has enough staff to support the c the shop multiple times and it always takes an an extremely long time to service. I'm told that Chrysler no longer has enough staff to support the claims process and that's why it takes so long. As of today, my Jeep has been at Greenway for weeks with no end in sight. I also made an appointment for my RAM 1500 two weeks in advance and clearly stated the service need, only to arrive and be told parts are not available and another appointment is necessary. Funny how the finance people always strong-arm you into buying these warranties, but try to get service once you have one. If I ever do get my Jeep back, I will never buy or service a vehicle here again. More
