In 22 years of "new" car-buying, this is the first time I've ever given an "excellent" rating. Bought a new 2010 Patriot from Ron "Griff" Griffen and the experience was 100% completely hassle-free. Plus they put NO pressure on me to buy any extras on the new Patriot. Nor did Greenway try to persuade me to purchase a more decked-out model. I bought a very basic Patriot with a manual-transmission, crank-windows, and NON-power door-locks. Before I even set foot in the dealer, Ron gave me a firm quote on the Patriot and stuck to it when I showed up.
