First of all, all of the good reviews for this dealership are written by the employees of the dealership. This place was a joke. I found a car I liked and it took 2 hours to get them to come down 200 doll are written by the employees of the dealership. This place was a joke. I found a car I liked and it took 2 hours to get them to come down 200 dollars on the price. Once we signed the contract we were as good to them as a bum off the street. They forgot to mention that the car only came with one key. When we questioned why we were only given one key, they simply shrugged us off saying "you already signed the contract, theres nothing we can do". There was a big chip in the windshield when I bought it, we made a stipulation that when I purchased the car, I would bring it back and have the windshield replaced. On the form for the service center they put "Fix windshield"... so they filled it with some goop and never replaced it. When we questioned this at the service center, they sent us to the sales center.. where a "manager" (Flavio) told us he'd have his manager call us the next day.. we never got a call. We've just given up, honestly. All I can say is that I've learned my lesson. If you do end up buying from this dealer, make sure you have everything stipulated PROPERLY.. "fix"ing something is different than "replace"ing it.. make sure you have 2 keys.. if it sounds like a stupid question, its probably a smart one because thats how they rip you off. And yes, I'm still driving around with a big chip in the windshield of my car. More

This was the greatist car buying experience EVER...I found this truck on the internet, called John Ullman and he described the truck in the most detail possible. I new before even getting there, which was a 3 1/2 hour drive for me, that this truck was going home with me. I actually made a downpayment over the phone which how crazy is that, and felt completely comfortable doing because John made me feel and definatly is a very trust worthy man. I rented a rental car and headed north knowing confidently I was gonna love my new truck. I was getting to the dealership late at night and had to return the rental after the purchase. So on the way to the dealership I texted John Ullman and asked him if he could get me directions to the nearest Hertz rental. He replied we have one on the lot. I abount dropped the phone. It was perfect. I got to the dealership and as soon as I pulled up I was amazed at how beautiful the place was. I was greeted at the door as soon as I got there and my truck was waiting for my veiwing. It was everything John Ullman said it was. The deal was made and I went inside to close the deal, which again was so smooth I cant express how wonderful this team of people are. I LOVED this experience and John Ullman made it happen for me. More

My husband just got back Bahrain from 18 months of service. We needed a new vehicle for our two small children. We found a minivan and were very happy with it. We bought it on 12/10/11. Greenway fa service. We needed a new vehicle for our two small children. We found a minivan and were very happy with it. We bought it on 12/10/11. Greenway failed to pay the complete state tax and stuck us with it. The finance depart notarized an affidavit claiming on the document that we produced our DL and signed it in front of them, however, the document was never signed by anyone except their finance department. They wanted us to sign it after the fact and return it was mailed to us in the State of Georgia. It was blank and they wanted our signature to change the terms of the contract, which we did NOT sign or send back. They did not pay the sales tax for Florida or for Georgia but never disclosed it to us at any point. Had they disclosed that they would not cover the complete Sales tax for a new vehicle purchased from their dealership, we would never have bought the car. They were very deceptive in the sales and paperwork. Stay AWAY from this dealership, find another Dodge dealer. Check BBB on how many complaints in 3 years for this practice....RUN dont walk from them. More
I have been dealing with Tom since I have owned my Dodge Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. Have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. Just had to have my vehicle in for a warranty iss Ram 1500 truck in July 2010. Have brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. Just had to have my vehicle in for a warranty issue. Transmission code error light. A solenoid was replaced and fixed. He got me into a rental vehicle as it would take a few days to diagnose, order the correct part and repair. He has always been great with communications and is very knowledgeable about his work.
