After seeing numerous commercials about special financing and rebates for Jeeps, we decided to look. Greenway was the first and only dealership we went to. We were happy with the selection, the approach of Victor and his willingness to help us. After dickering over the trade value and price of the new vehicle (which always happens) an arrangement was made and the deal was sealed. We are now the proud owners of a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Thanks to Victor and Eric for making this purchase pleasant and one of ease. I came to Greenway CDJ on 02/11/2012 for a service check and oil change. Right away I was treated very professionally and respectfully. The service representative (Penni Deldago) was more than happy to wait and oil change. Right away I was treated very professionally and respectfully. The service representative (Penni Deldago) was more than happy to wait on me. She was very honest and forthright with her response to my questions. She even advised me of special offers that the service department was offering. After checking in, she assured me that the service would not take long, and I would be out in no time. 45 minutes later my truck was brought out to the front. She explained the work that was done and advised that everything checked out fine. I was even told about the rewards card which i didn't realized I had. She made the trip a very enjoyable experience. I will recommend all my family and friends to the service department. Looking forward to bringing my truck to your service department again. More

The long trip down there was well worth it, the car was exactly what I wanted and Ron was true to his word. No hidden fees. He worked very hard to get me the best price to fit my budget. Ron was very organized, informative, and professional. He made the process easy and fun. Young, laid back, cool. I would recommend working with him if you're planning to do business with Greenway. Ive been told in the past that there is a break in period for the car and the oil should be changed at around 500 miles. I came in the service department and dealt with Mrs. Penni Delgado. She explained to me that the vehicle doesn't really need an oil change until it reaches 5000 miles. I insisted on changing the oil even if I didn't really have to. I guess it just became a common practice for me when buying a new car. What impresses me the most was the honesty of Mrs. Delgado. I feel that she is an honest, motivated, friendly individual. She is an asset to the company. Not only was the service superb, she does it with pride and a big smile. Thank You Mrs. Delgado for being an outstanding employee at Greenway Dodge. More

I had bought a vehicle for myself here several years ago, so when my sister needed a vehicle I recommended to her that we goto Greenway Dodge. She was in need of a used vehicle, we told Ben and Chris exactly what she was looking for and her budget and they only showed us vehicles that met her criteria. They were very patient with us and generally concerned that she was comfortable. After she finally narrowed it down to 2 vehicles they DID NOT use any high pressure sales tactics to get her to purchase the higher priced one. I will definitely go back to them to get my next vehicle. More

He made the transaction easy and I was happy with the outcome. When I got home, I realized that there were parts missing on the car (SRT8 rug in the trunk,metal sport pedals). I brought this to Mr. Johnson's attention and he immediately got on the ball. That's what I call customer service. Not only was Mr. Johnson an excellent sales rep., but Dodge/Chrysler is really stepping up their products in terms of quality. I can see myself coming back come time to buy my wife her next car. Greenway has been nothing but a HASSLE!!!! Called me ten days after I bought the car to tell me financing was messed up and that I would have to pay more. After a day or two of headaches and fighting with t days after I bought the car to tell me financing was messed up and that I would have to pay more. After a day or two of headaches and fighting with them it was finally fixed. Now I am a week from an expired paper tag and I call to find out that they haven't even transferred the tag for me!!! Not happy, and now I am just getting voicemail... SHAME ON YOU GREENWAY DODGE!!!!!!!! More
