My wife and I needed a vehicle and after checking a number of dealers we went to Greenway Dodge. Kevin promised if it did not stop he would make sure it was fixed. We purchased the vehicle and two days later the noise was not better. I called Kevin and he told me to bring it in for repair. I dropped it off for service, later that day I received a call informing me the repair was not going to be covered by the dealer. I called Kevin and informed him of this problem. He told me he would take care of it, after a number of calls he was able to have the repair covered. It is very refreshing to real with a salesman who houors his word and a dealership that allows him to do so. I will recommend Kevin and Greenway Dodge to my friends. More

I emailed the dealership on the morning of 3/28/12 and got a response within minutes from Sam Hadad. I was perusing a certain automobile website that listed a car I was interested in seeing. I contacted the dealer via online-chat, and was connected with Mr. Cesar Rios. he explained to me the car was just re car I was interested in seeing. He told me to contact him tomorrow and he would let me know when it would be available. Upon contacting Cesar the next day I received an immediate response, something that continued well after the sale. Once I arrived at the dealership Cesar greated me outside by the location of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He had the keys in his hand and we went for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, I found Cesar to be very cordial, as well as the rest of the staff at Greenway Dodge. Needless to say i purchased the car that night and was extremely happy with the way I was treated throughout the entire process(even with the F&I representative). After leaving the dealership, i noticed I left behind a few item in my old car. I contacted Cesar and he assured me he obtain all the missing items and hold them for me until I was able to retrieve them.
