i was very ready to buy a car i seen online at this dealer so i spoke several times on the phone to the dealer before making the drive, i am 2 hrs away when i got to the dealer i was given a price way dealer so i spoke several times on the phone to the dealer before making the drive, i am 2 hrs away when i got to the dealer i was given a price way more higher then advertised online over $2000.00 dif.very dissapointed.they should be honest and not waiste peoples time. Penni Delgado was the the Service Rep that waited on me at my service visit on April 23, 2012. At the time of my visit I was on crutches. She always came to where I was seated to go over the service that day. On the way out, she opened all doors for me which was greatly appreciated. WORKED WITH JIMMY VILLELLA ON INTERNET TO LEASE A DURANGO , FILLED UP A CREDIT APPLICATION ,THEY TOLD ME CREDIT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO LEASE THE CAR ,DROVE FROM SARASOTA TO THE DEALERSHIP ,DROVE THE CAR ,SIGNED A , FILLED UP A CREDIT APPLICATION ,THEY TOLD ME CREDIT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO LEASE THE CAR ,DROVE FROM SARASOTA TO THE DEALERSHIP ,DROVE THE CAR ,SIGNED ALL PAPERS ,GAVE THEM $2500 AND BECAUSE THEY WANTED ME TO TRADE MY NISSAN ROGUE ,THEY COULD NOT GET INFO FROM NISSAN ,SO THEY HOLD THE NEW DURANGO PROMISED ME THAT THEY WILL DROP THE CAR IN SARASOTA AND PICK UP THE NISSAN. NEXT DAY THEY TOLD ME THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR LEASE BUT I CAN BUY IT FOR HIGHER MONTHLY PAYMENT.I REFUSED OF COURSE , NOT NICE AT ALL, VERY ,VERY UN HAPPY CUSTOMER ,THEY ARE BLAMING THE LENDER NOT TAKEN RESPONSABILITY FOR MISINFORMATION AND LOSS OF MY TIME More
