Now,I can continue to have my certified vehicle serviced by Greentree. My previous Toyota was serviced there for 13 years. I am confident as well as at peace knowing I will receive excellent service for years to come. The sales team,especially Carlos Rocha,whom I got to speak with as he passed to his desk,like Juanna,has superior "people skills". They are skilled in finding "common ground". Jose Cordero proved to possess excellent "people skills" in relating as he provided paperwork for signing. Extremely efficient. Down to earth,realistic,reasonable suggestions made to me. I thanked Jose Cordero for professionally recommending additional drive train coverage which I gladly accepted. I am generally happy with my experience at Greentree Toyota. I purchased a new vehicle from Greentree via my bank's auto buying program. My local dealer offered to match the deal, but I ultimately went Toyota. I purchased a new vehicle from Greentree via my bank's auto buying program. My local dealer offered to match the deal, but I ultimately went through Greentree because my salesperson, Taylor Frank, was so honest and transparent. A couple of things could have gone more smoothly. I didn't realize that Greentree would only accept cash or a cashier's check for the down payment, so I had to make a second trip. I assumed there would be some form of electronic/wire transfer option, but that one is on me for not clarifying earlier. We also had to reschedule my pickup because I was informed at the last minute that CT required an additional 24 hours to process my registration. But I can't complain too much because Taylor came in on his day off to make sure I could pick up my vehicle as early as possible. My biggest gripe is with the finance department. Originally, I had agreed to finance through Toyota at 1.9% APR with a military rebate of $750. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the gentleman in the finance department explained that I could finance through Bank of America at 2.24% APR and get a $1000 rebate instead. Really wish I could have been informed of this option earlier. After reviewing my paperwork, it seems that the $1000 rebate was actually customer cash that went towards my down payment (maybe under Toyota's January offerings instead of December/Toyotathon). Again, I can't complain too much, because it still worked out to a better deal. But I'm curious if I could have paired a military rebate with the customer cash. At the very least, I wish someone had informed of this option earlier so I could do some research and ask more intelligent questions. More
