Everyone was so nice and courteous throughout the entire dealership. Frank was exceptional at listening and attending to my wants and needs. I am a long time customer and purchased a vehicle from you and have spent thousands servicing it with you over the years. I brought our Caravan in on Thursday at 815am to look at issues it was having. It you and have spent thousands servicing it with you over the years. I brought our Caravan in on Thursday at 815am to look at issues it was having. It was not until Friday that I received the assessment of repairs that was several thousand more than I am willing to pay for that van. I understand paying for the diagnostic assessment, but I was charged $239 for an inspection that was delayed(causing me to have to make other accommodations to and from work) and feels excessive, insulting, and that I am being taken advantage of after years of going to you. I will not be coming back. More
