I am a long time customer and purchased a vehicle from you and have spent thousands servicing it with you over the years. I brought our Caravan in on Thursday at 815am to look at issues it was having. It you and have spent thousands servicing it with you over the years. It was not until Friday that I received the assessment of repairs that was several thousand more than I am willing to pay for that van. I understand paying for the diagnostic assessment, but I was charged $239 for an inspection that was delayed(causing me to have to make other accommodations to and from work) and feels excessive, insulting, and that I am being taken advantage of after years of going to you. I will not be coming back. More
