Wish they’d honor We Owe contracts, and actually do a full inspection on vehicles before they sell them. I hope everyone has a way better experience then I did. I’ve not even had my car a week and I’m on my 5th loaner car and have been argued with up one side and down another over wanting the stuff fixed in the We Owe contract. The manager there I believe his name is Tim should have better customer service skills. More

I went to pick up my car, backed up to leave and as I reached for the radio, I immediately noticed the front of my radio buttons were missing. So, I pulled back into the garage to let Rich know, he looked it over and asked all the detail guys about the covers. No one seemed to know. I told Rich that I came in with buttons and now they are gone. He said that he would see about replacing them and he would turn it over to Mike (Manager). He said that they would get back to me. He was going to check the vacuum bag to make sure that they didn’t get sucked up by accident. I made at least one call a week to find out about the replacement of my buttons. I heard the excuse that they couldn’t find a replacement, they had to order from the factory, Mike would call me back, still waiting for part, on vacation and the last one was that I need to figure out how to get the covers off the new part. That was over a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing back. When I showed up in person to talk to Mike, you would have thought that he would have apologized about the delay and incident. Nope 👎 Instead, I felt like I had to convince him that I wasn’t lying about someone taking them off. I have been doing business with Green for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed. Rich was very kind and understanding (as usual) about what happened. I feel Mike, being in the position that he is in, should have handled the incident better. It’s been over 6 weeks and I still am missing the covers to my radio. I hope to hear from the Green Family Store Manager about this incident very soon. More
professional throughout really well done A dealership to trust. Only the best quality at quality prices. Service after the sale is as good as any, and better than almost all others. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD **It's long, but read if you don't want an experience like mine.** Buying a car from Green Mazda is like trying to get something of value back from **It's long, but read if you don't want an experience like mine.** Buying a car from Green Mazda is like trying to get something of value back from an ex. They'll LEAD YOU ON, and then ghost you (won't answer your phone calls, emails, or text messages). At the beginning of our discussions, it was fantastic. Our salesman would text, email, and offer to call us at any point. It was the end of the year, and the model car we wanted was flying off the shelfs at all the dealers near us (we live 2.5 hrs from Green Mazda), so we talked it through, set up a time that we could pick up the car, and put a deposit down on it. That was on 12/15. They took a TURN FOR THE WORST when we needed a buyers order in order to get our loan approved. That alone took a week. A full week of calling the salesman's cell phone, emailing the salesman, calling the dealership, leaving voicemails with the salesman, the manager, and the front desk staff, TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE THAT CAN GET ME THE xxxx BUYERS ORDER!! It got to the point where an entirely different salesman was gracious enough to get it for me. NOTICE THAT EVEN WHEN I TOLD MY SALESMAN THAT IF I DON'T GET THE BUYERS ORDER I WONT BE BUYING THE CAR, I STILL DIDN'T GET WHAT I NEEDED. We were able to pick up the car on 12/24. We drove 2.5 hrs to get there, and the car was in decent shape; they essentially hosed it down, vacuumed it out, and put some toxic smelling sponge in the vent. Alright, whatever. The salesman knew that we were buying the car, so DIDN'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING because "you're young, you can figure it out. it's usually the old people that don't know how to use all the gadgets." When we test drove the vehicle to make sure that it drove as expected, I asked about the navigation system. It wasn't connected, but I was told that we were getting it. Our salesman explained that the navigation chips were in the parts department and because it was Christmas Eve, they WEREN'T ABLE TO GIVE IT TO US. I would have thought that SOMEONE there would have a key to the parts department because the place was open, but I don't run the place. The finance guy told us that they should be able to overnight it to us the day after Christmas. Alright, so they were UNPREPARED, but I guess overnighting it is good enough. So then we move on the financing....the guy was nice enough, but he was going so fast, and was so scatter brained that he actually FORGOT to charge us the down payment. For as FRUSTRATING of an experience as this was, they probably should have just left it. I had a list of things that I knew I wanted to leave with so that I could get my vehicle titled and licensed (different state). I was told that they weren't able to get the papers to me because the business office was closed that day. So we go to leave, and not only is the car not detailed, but they DIDN'T EVEN FILL THE GAS TANK. UGH - icing on the cake! I texted our salesman the day after Christmas to make sure that the papers we needed were going to go out that day. I got the response "should be no problem!" So to clarify, I asked "So when should I expect it? Tomorrow? Or Friday?" NO RESPONSE. On 12/28 I ended up calling the salesman, NO ANSWER. I called trying to reach the manager, NO ANSWER. Finally, the poor girl at the front desk went to get someone to help me. If it wasn't for Taylor from titling to answer me, I would have spent that weekend returning the vehicle. She reassured me that both the salesman and the finance guy LIED TO ME when they said that it would be sent out the day after Christmas because there was no one to do that until the end of the week, and that she would make sure that the navigation chip went out with the titling papers. In the end, we finally found someone who would help us, but by then we had made up our minds about this place. Green Mazda should get ZERO STARS, but gets one because I actually love my car. More
