would grade it a c, like most dealerships sales feel pressured, was told even the finance rate was for today only as it was tied into sales event, this made no sense since it was capital one finance not pressured, was told even the finance rate was for today only as it was tied into sales event, this made no sense since it was capital one finance not Hyundai finance the rate would only be based on my credit score. was told most places are selling at above msrp but they don't, this was not believable as any idiot can look at msrp on sticker and no one will say gee I want to pay more. and finally finance guy said they were upside down on trade in offer so I had to get extended warranty to balance it out, those warranties have a value too and if I wasn't considering one would have walked out right there. the sales and staff were friendly and answered many questions on the car itself, but feeling pressured is not living up to your motto of its not about cars, it's about people. all in all I got not a great deal but an acceptable one and would neither dissuade or recommend your business.
