Our salesman Noah was absolutely INCREDIBLE and I HIGHLY recommend! He was not just knowledgeable but authentic and genuine. We are not able to review the finance/negotiation process since we brought our ow recommend! He was not just knowledgeable but authentic and genuine. We are not able to review the finance/negotiation process since we brought our own financing but everything else went very smoothly. My only recommendation is that for those who bring cash or own financing for there to be an expedited process to get you out the door quicker. There was a lot of pressure to add things on in the final "finance" paperwork that was not needed. I know they are trying to make sure we are protecting our investment but it can be a bit much. They have a $1000 mark up from window price for starters. Once a price was agreed upon and $1000 down, I had an appointment at 11:30. (I traveled 2.5 hrs). My salesman was with another customer. 40 minutes Once a price was agreed upon and $1000 down, I had an appointment at 11:30. (I traveled 2.5 hrs). My salesman was with another customer. 40 minutes later, someone different help me find my car to do a quick test drive. The plastic was still on the car. The car had not been detailed off the truck. To shorten this, it took four hours for me to leave with my vehicle. Noticing my tire pressure gage said 51 psi on all my tires, I thought there was something wrong with the gage, no they never checked them off the transport truck and I drove 2.5 hours on them. Very dangerous. The car should have been detailed and inspected by my appointment. More
