Everything was good. The only odd thing that happened , and this is the first time, is I had to walk to get my own vehicle. It wasn't brought up to the breezeway. Lexxus was very helpful. I had an unknown issue with my transmission. She let me know that her transmission techs were very backed up and it would be days before I could make I had an unknown issue with my transmission. She let me know that her transmission techs were very backed up and it would be days before I could make an appointment with them. I asked if she could at least have someone check my transmission fluid, and she let me know she would do her best. When I picked up my car, she told me she was able to get someone to check it out, they topped off the low transmission fluid, and to bring it back if any issues persisted. I was very satisfied with her help and very glad I got a worker that went out of her way to me resolve my car issues. More
