My experience at gravity auto sales from start to finish was exceptional!! I live in Florida, I found a car that I really wanted so I reached out to set up an appointment to come see and test drive the car. was exceptional!! He had the car all shined up and ready to drive when we arrived, they offered us food and drink while starting the paperwork process. We drove 4 1/2 hrs to be there so that was very thoughtful. Everything went really smoothly, their prices were truly unbeatable, they have some really spectacular rides for really nice prices!! We were in and out within 1 1/2 hrs and that’s great considering half of that time was me on the phone with my insurance company to get insurance on my new car. They weren’t pushy. They offered some extras for the car but when we said no thank you, they didn’t keep on. After doing business with Jeff Carlisle he had us go to an office where we went over the financials with a man named Eric (I don’t remember his last name ) but he was also a pleasure to visit with and lastly after leaving the car lot a week later Jeff Carlisle emailed to make sure everything was still going good and when I messaged back with questions he called me without hesitation to answer my concerns. If you go to gravity auto sales you should absolutely talk to Jeff Carlisle and let him hook you up with a great vehicle at an exceptional price!! I love my new car!! More
