I had gone to two other dealerships before walking into grappone Mazda. The first deal ship didn't even greet as I walked around the whole building. Grappone Mazda were very friendly and welcoming to a first time buyer recently out of college. When I first walked in, I was a bit nervous and didn't know who to talk to or how to even initiate the purc first time buyer recently out of college. When I first walked in, I was a bit nervous and didn't know who to talk to or how to even initiate the purchase of a vehicle. I appreciate Miasar greeting me and pointing me to the right direction. I then met Josh who began the car buying process. He first asked me questions to help narrow down the most suitable vehicle for me. Josh was friendly and easy to talk to and did a great job answering all my technical questions about the various vehicles. I initially had eyes for a higher trim but I ended up selecting a lower priced trim. Josh helped me narrow down the best suitable trim for me, which also saved me some money. I was also really happy when Josh helped me find a usb adapter so I could test out the sound system with my phone playing the songs I listen to. Josh also gave a me a great tutorial for the different features and controls on the car before I drove off the parking lot. During the final steps of financing, I worked with Greg. He was friendly and showed respect during the negotiating process. Overall my first car purchase was a very positive experience thanks to the wonderful team who work at Grappone Mazda. More
