Ryan Gendron was very professional, curteous, and allowed us to take our time in making a decision. Usually buying a new vechicle is so stressful for me, but I didn't feel that way only till the actual buyin us to take our time in making a decision. Andre was so wonderful! He made out proposals for three used cars before we decided to buy a new one. Then he led us through the process for buying the new one. Eric was very through while explaining the pros and cons of an extended warranty and and I hate to admit I've forgotten the manager's name (I am sorry) but he was available to answer questions and to expalin many of the pricing issues.
