Beware of the SHAM “Perma Plate” Warranty (for those that have been buying Hondas, it’s that 1 from over 15 years ago, but they don’t cover anything now) that they will make you purchase for $699, as a “requ have been buying Hondas, it’s that 1 from over 15 years ago, but they don’t cover anything now) that they will make you purchase for $699, as a “requirement”, when you get to the finance department, after already dealing with 5 different people, over 3 different days. A sham warranty that will not actually cover anything and when you attempt to address it (even if it was promised to be covered upon purchase of the car), Sergio Alvarez General, the Sales Manager, will promise to contact corporate on your behalf to attempt to get you a refund, only to have them just commit fraud and get away with it. I wonder if Bryan B Deboer of Lithia Motors, Honda, or Jessie Armstead knew about this if this would make them unhappy at all? This business is NOT BBB Accredited, but can have complaints filed for anyone needing to do so. More

Kyle was great in getting my van in and out quickly and efficiently. It was a recall so he also got me a loaner car for the day. It was clean and ready for me.
