My 1st Subaru Mason was super helpful from the beginning. Grand Subaru was willing to compensate my travels if I couldn't find a ride to them. Once I arrived, Mason welcomed me and kept me informed about everything that had to do with the vehicle of my choice. From technical questions, and to financial ones as well. The process went fairly quick and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. I'd recommend Grand Subaru to my family and friends. It was a great experience for me personally. Great Subaru dealership in the Chicagoland area We were referred to Grand Subaru through the Costco car buying program. Sandy contacted us immediately and got us started with ordering our car (there were none in stock and it had to be shipped from Japan). The entire process of buying the car was very pleasant. They offered us a fair amount for our trade-in. Sandy was great -- very warm personality, honest, and it never felt like we were being pressured. She even helped us distract our toddler while we were filling out the paperwork. The other salespeople and employees were polite and cordial. There are plaques all over the walls for awards that this dealership has won, and now we see why. High quality dealership, and we recommend Sandy if you are thinking about making a purchase through internet sales. More

I was promptly contacted by Chris Czaja with the requested quote, which came in much less than their competitors' prices. Purchasing the vehicle was as easy as going to the dealer, taking it for a test drive, and working out the numbers. While waiting to speak with Chris, I was passed by several people (sales, service, management) and every single person asked if I was being helped or if I needed anything while I waited. Grand Subaru has a friendly atmosphere and a very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. My search began with a 2015 Impreza and resulted in a 2015 Crosstrek, and it was a very good decision. Thank you! More

Very knowledgeable salesman. Did not waste my time. Other Subaru dealerships I checked out before coming here were not nearly as knowledgeable about the cars they had for sale. The best part, these guy did not judge what my income may be based off my clothing. Quick background, I work in the tech industry where standard office wear even for senior managers consists of a hooded sweatshirt and jeans (clean on a good day). Salesmen from other dealers looked at me coming in and their attitude suggested they thought I had no chance of affording the car I wanted based on my disheveled look. These guys did not judge, were friendly, helpful, and didn't try pushing me to buy some '99 Legacy when I was clearly interested in newer models. We were able to make a deal and I couldn't be happier. More

Order of New Outback We ordered an Outback on 10/07/14 we were told approximate 30 days for delivery then 60 days now it is 3 months later and still not car. Dealt with Saleman Mike Slotwinski who is friendly however it is getting a little long. Its now 1/20/15 and called Subaru customer service and they have no info. customer service said they would get in touch with the saleman (can you imagine). Tried to call the saleman today and too busy. I would only recommend the dealership for pricing, friendliness of salesman and Dan D'Andrea Internet director. However the customer service for Subaru most don't act like they know what is going on and if you find one that does is rare. I am reading it only took 3 hours to get their 2015 outback I know mine is a V6 but it should not take more than 3 months. More
