Responsive via email,text and phone. We made an appointment and he worked with me until the deal was done. He listened, asked good questions and never pressured me into making decisions I was the least bit uncomfortable with. Al in finance was great - I felt very comfortable, he made that part of the experience easy! Buying a car is never a quick process and often times it can be painful... Grand Subaru really puts the focus on a good customer experience which makes it easy and painless to do business with! I would highly recommend Grand Subaru for buying, trading and service without question~! More

She led us through the process with enthusiasm and made sure our every concern was handled with professionalism. Better yet, she was so efficient that we were in and out the door, driving away in our new Legacy in record time. We actually live 90 miles away, but we had heard such good things about this dealership that we drove the two hours for our car. She found exactly the model we wanted in the color we wanted and had it brought to the dealership so we could compare it with another model side by side. Above and beyond. Honest, up front pricing with no games. I had researched the models we were considering and knew all the MSRP and Dealer costs for each model and each package. They provided the best price -- even to the point of the dealer closest to home saying they would not deliver at that price. Well, they did! Highly recommend. More

Bought my first Subaru wrx from him last year and the other day I contacted him letting him know I wanted to upgrade to a 2015 wrx. We were able to get everything figured out via email and by phone. We settled on a time and all I basicslly had to do was sign the paper work and I was out the door and enjoying my new wrx. Honestly don't waste your time at other dealerships. These guys are the real deal. Remember ask for Joe. Can't forget to mention that I get my service done by them and I pass up 3 other Subaru dealerships to do so. Awesome all around! More

I decided on the Subaru brand after much researching online and talking to my family members, friends and co-workers. I searched for the best price for my Subaru by checking the Cars.com pricing, Costco Car Buying Program and Edmunds.com internet car sale search site. Out of all the dealers, Grand Subaru offered me the best overall value for the cars that I was interested in at the time. Mike Slotwinski contacted me and I never felt pressured in any way to buy a car from him. He is a very straight forward, honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable person, who has a patience of a saint! I say that because, during the initial order stage, I was not the easiest customer for him to deal with, as I was indecisive in regards to the model of the car I wanted, options, etc. The problem was that I test drove the Forester, Outback and Legacy and I loved all three. In addition, I did way too much research online, which did not help me narrow down to the car that best fit my lilfestyle. So, I have changed my mind a few times too many since I have started my order. Yet, Mike always related with me in a professional manner, and was always friendly and courteous. It was evident to me that he was not trying to make a quick sale, but to build a relationship with his customers and make sure that they are happy with their decision. I ended up choosing 2015 Subaru Outback. When I finally met Mike, he went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining the sales process and addressing all of my concerns. After the sale was finalized, he again walked me through all the features of the car with such patience that my parents, who came with with, were totally impressed. My Dad, who bought his Nissan Altima not long ago, compared my experience at Grand Subaru with his at his local Nissan dealership by saying that when his car sale was finalized, the Nissan car salesman rushed my Dad through the features of the car and could not wait to get the next customer. The other thing that is worth mentioning is that I am not technologically savy, but with the thorough tutorial that Mike gave me on my Outback, I had no trouble understanding the new material I was learning. Overall, I had the most pleasant car buying experience at Grand Subaru. Prior to leaving the dealership, I must have thanked Mike a "million times" for everything he has done for me. When one of my co-workers introduced me to the Subaru brand, I had a feeling that it was different than other car companies, but now experiencing this first hand, I understand why so many Subaru owners are loyal to the brand. By the way, it has been about 2 days since I have been driving my car and I absolutely love it. Today, with the winter like temperature and snow falling, I had no issues maneuvering the road. The visibility is outstanding and because of that, it has changed the way I drive. For example, I find myself driving a lot more cautious because I can see better. Even though the dealership was busy I was treated like the only customer there. When I called Joe and said I could be there to pick up the car in just an hour (on a busy Saturday) he made sure that the car was cleaned up and ready to go. He made sure that all of my questions were answered before driving off the lot. He even called the following day to see how I liked the way it handled in the snow. A few years down the road, when I’m ready for my Outback, Joe will see me again! More
