Easy purchase of new/used Forester Mark was great! We were able to get a test drive right away and they even buffed out a scratch on the car for us. The entire experience back then was a piece of cake - great price, no hassle or games ... just down to earth people being honest and trying to make the experience great. Life events have us needing another vehicle. Reached out to Joe D'Andrea again and he did the impossible: made the purchase experience even better than before. We talked about the 2015 Outback and Forester before settling on the Outback. Test drove on two different Saturdays with no pressure or gimmicks. Had a cost estimate that I shopped around to 14 other dealerships and nobody could touch his price - not even close. When the extra model and options were decided upon he coordinated getting the car on the lot, setting up all the details and making our decision an easy one. Closed out the purchase tonight and couldn't be any happier. These guys just get it done at Grand Subaru. More

The reason I decide to purchase out of state and from Grand Subaru: 1), Grand Subaru's sales strategy. They provide very competitive and attractive price. I tried to bargain but there is little chance. I believe that is the best price they can provide. I also tried to make several quotes from other dealers in the states nearby my location. My experience is that this strategy will save both dealers and customers a lot of time. Because the lower price I also add some extra package. 2), Service is excellent. Chris Czaja is the internet sales manager who serves me. He impressed me because he never ignores my email and replies immediately. I can feel he wants to satisfy all his customers. Although two weeks after my purchases, he still answers my questions like I am a new customer. I appreciate his service. The purchasing experience is very pleasant. I hope they will keep doing this in future. More
Anything for a good customer review! I ordered a car in March and it arrived at the beginning of May. I went to pick up the car and there was a minor misaligment with the trunk that needed to be fixed, and they couldn't match the financing they stated they could. I brushed it off, told them I'd be back the next day after the techs could fix the car, and with my own financing. An hour after leaving, the dealership called me and stated that since they thought I wasn't happy with everything, and they couldn't afford a negative customer survey, that they were canceling my order! I had no choice in it, they returned my deposit to my credit card and that was it. More
