Great experience with this dealership Trade-in 2010 Forester Limited for 2019 model. Surprisingly pleasant car dealership experience Joe Iucci is a phenomenal salesperson. My partner and I have had bad experiences at previous dealerships, but Joe really changed my perspective on car Joe Iucci is a phenomenal salesperson. My partner and I have had bad experiences at previous dealerships, but Joe really changed my perspective on car salespeople. We decided on going to Grand Prixe Subaru based on my brother's recommendation as they have a ton of inventory. All within a couple minutes of us walking in, we were greeted by the receptionist, a salesperson, and then introduced to Joe Iucci. We walked in knowing we wanted to lease a Crosstrek. We did our research prior and had a number in mind of what we considered reasonable. We were a bit guarded initially due to our prior experiences at dealerships, but we felt at ease the more we talked with Joe. Joe was very attentive. Whenever I had a question about certain features or accessories, he always gave a detailed answer and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him (this has happened at other dealerships). When we were talking numbers, he broke down all the numbers we were looking for without us asking. We eventually concluded on a number my partner and I were happy with, and it was essentially the number we had in mind walking in. He was always respectful and was talking to both my partner and I (whereas other dealerships the salesperson would direct their talking to my partner, until they realized I was ultimately making the decision). When I was unsure about the color we initially chose, Joe took us around the dealership to look for a car with the color. He even drove us to the lot (across the street and a turn away) where the car we picked was parked at. He drove us in a Subaru Ascent and was even telling us the features of that car (which appealed to my partner as a potential future car). Since features like eyesight and blind spot detection were new to us, he showed them to us as we drove back on an empty lane. While we were waiting for our paperwork to finalize and call insurance, we had some laughs, had interesting conversations, and he was overall so friendly. While we were on hold with insurance, he got us more water without us even asking. When we asked him where service was, rather than just point to the direction of it, he walked us over down the waiting room and told us how to safely enter the service area while driving. While this list is exhaustive, it just shows some of the ways Joe went above and beyond. When our car was driven to the dealership after being cleaned, Joe put our new plates on and went over every single feature of the car while we sat in it which was super helpful. When we talked to Ray in financing, he was honest, not pushy, and told us what he thought would be good for us and what he thought wasn't necessary. We've had prior experiences of financing being pushy on packages we knew we did not need. I'd highly recommend Joe and look forward to saying hi to him when we eventually service our car. More

Patience goes a long way I had ordered a brand new Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. There were a sizable amount of production delays, and my vehicle was over 2 months late. Joe Iucci I had ordered a brand new Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. There were a sizable amount of production delays, and my vehicle was over 2 months late. Joe Iucci took my calls every week and did everything he could to get my car here on time. The wait was worth it! The car is everything I hoped it would be and more. Joe spent over an hour with me explaining much of the functionality of the vehicle. Since it’s a brand new model, there was a bit of a learning curve for both of us. He helped me troubleshoot some charging questions I had the day after I purchased it. I am really impressed and am so happy with my purchase. More
