I went in for a 24k service for my 2023 Subaru Asent and was told my tires are "extremely worn and needed to be replaced by winter" by Josie Smith. She also commented that Subaru stock tires "aren't what th was told my tires are "extremely worn and needed to be replaced by winter" by Josie Smith. She also commented that Subaru stock tires "aren't what they used to be and needed to be replaced within a few years of buying a newer vehicle". I have been going to this dealership with all my vehicles and never had any issues until now. Why would a vehicle that is two years old and only has 24k miles on it need new tires? Either this sales person is just trying to make a bigger paycheck or something is wrong with Subaru. This is my third Subaru and my other two never had anything like this happen. I definitely will be getting a second opinion. More
