Over all I think they did well but I noticed a while back there was a recall on my vehicle, something with the cooling system. They changed whatever they needed to change, but ever since that, I had been ad there was a recall on my vehicle, something with the cooling system. They changed whatever they needed to change, but ever since that, I had been adding antifreeze at least once a month. When I got my vehicle back this time, in the report it said that they topped all the fluids, well my "Low Coolant" warning light came up a day after the service. More

Very poor communication from the service writer, sent detailed email to GM and received no response, received a text from customer satisfaction and after initial discussion have received no follow up. My vehicle still has issues and clearly, nobody from this dealer is reaching out to follow up. Needless to say, I will find another dealer to service my vehicle. More
