This is the second time we have delt with Tristen, when looking for a new vehicle. The first time we bought a 2016 explorer and this time for a 2022 Edge. Personell at dealership were very courteous and professional however I explicitly scheduled my truck for the 10,000 mile service. I even had to correct the person making the appointment who asked i professional however I explicitly scheduled my truck for the 10,000 mile service. I even had to correct the person making the appointment who asked if I meant an oil change. I repeated I wanted the 10,000 mile service. The service that is displayed on my ford pass app. We made the appointment and I asked for an estimate on the service and was told approximately 159.00. I brought my truck in. It was checked in and I waited for it to be finished. I received my truck back paid then left. When I got home I noticed the DEF had not been filled. I called the dealership and informed them of my issue. I was told that wasn't included in the oil change service. I explained I had scheduled my truck for the 10,000 mile service. I was told that's not what it showed in the records. We discussed it back and forth for a minute . I didn't want to listen to anymore excuses for the mix up so I ended the conversation. More
