Took three days to get my vehicle back oil change will alignment and one recalled should’ve been done took it in in the morning should have received it in the afternoon did not receive a phone call until alignment and one recalled should’ve been done took it in in the morning should have received it in the afternoon did not receive a phone call until late that evening say in the car with LB ready next day the car needed some additional work car was there all day could not get it then I don’t wait till the next day More

No issues with the Service tech I worked with, Bradford, he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little o he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little overdone. I understand they repair may have been a longer one but each time I reached out for updates it was the same answer; saying the car is beginning work and should be a few days. I called 3 or 4 times and each time the response was the same. So it just felt like they were saying what they needed to in order to get me off the phone. Like I said this is not directed at the service tech I was working with but more of the process of keeping the customer up to date. More
