Second F150 I have purchased from Gordon Boucher. The people are friendly however I don’t appreciate being given a substandard loaner when I come in for service. I paid for the maintenance plan and if yo people are friendly however I don’t appreciate being given a substandard loaner when I come in for service. I paid for the maintenance plan and if you’re going to keep my car all day I should get a comparable and clean vehicle. Second time now, I’ve been given a less than vehicle when I have seen others driving loaners that are comparable to mine. Do better More
