What a terrific experience at Goodwins. I buy cars every couple of years, and nothing bothers me more than a pushy sales team. What a wonderful experience! Ralph couldn’t have been more welcoming and responsive. He was a good communicator and made absolutely sure I understood all the operating components of my new car. Purchase your next Volvo from Goodwin's!! Within the last year, I have purchased my 6th Volvo from Goodwin's since 1985!!! There is no other place I would go. I call them and tell them I am ready for a new one, tell them what I am interested in, and I arrive to several options waiting for me. The entire process takes about an hour!!! Have worked with Rich Armstrong that last several sales and he has been wonderful. Of course, the service department is superior. Marc Bernier and his colleagues are without a doubt the top service personnel in the State of Maine. More
