We are glad you received great service. Without knowing details about the specific vehicle and the specifics of the oil change it's hard to surmise what could have increased costs. As you know, some vehicles are just more expensive to service than others; Land Rovers vs Chevys for example, and some oils can get pricey. We do our best to keep costs reasonable for our customers, however. Sorry that to hear you felt the pricing was too high.
