When purchasing our previous new 2011 Equinox from this dealership, the first oil change was complimentary. Not so with this used car although we were faithful repair customers on the previous car. I think this policy on used cars is cheap, to be frank. It's a small item, but has left a unpleasant feeling. More

Oil change I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they immediately brought my car in. They were quick and courteous as usual. My car has had much service work done to it so when I asked about required maintenance they assured me not to worry and they will check anything not already serviced instead of having me spend money unnecessarily.
