Above and beyond It isn't often that people go above and beyond to help. John is incredibly patient, hard working and kind. I was blown away that he actually took the time to look through the hundreds of technical service bulletins Mazda releases every year to find my issue. I have never had anyone work like that to solve a problem with my car. He also made phone calls to try to resolve my issue at the least cost to me. I do not like going to car dealerships, but because of his hard work on this issue I cannot see myself going anywhere else for car service or repairs. Thank you! More
