I recently bought a Nissan Maxima from Victor and Bryant and both of their customer service skills were superb. They made sure I was comfortable while I was there and addressed all of my wants in purchasing and both of their customer service skills were superb. The price was excellent and they followed through with my request to change the fancy tires the car came with. Very pushy salesman. Had me filling out financing paperwork before I could even test drive the car. Then when I decided not to buy, I was insulted, mocked and let feeling aweful. WORST DEALER EVER!!!We own a business and buy cars and trucks all of the time and I have NEVER encountered such horrible service on every level like we have with Good Chevrolet in Renton! We bought 2 truc trucks all of the time and I have NEVER encountered such horrible service on every level like we have with Good Chevrolet in Renton! We bought 2 trucks from them 2 months ago. One was used, ( a year old) and one was brand new. The used one needed a new tire and heating part that they said they would fix as soon as the part came in. We took the car in to get it repaired and no one knew what we needed, couldnt help us and said that the only guy that could help us was in Disneyland. We came back the next week and the same story, wasted day with our truck not working, just sitting there. Finally, took it in again the next week and they said it didnt need to be repaired! The new truck we bought had the service engine light come on. We called and they said bring it in. We brought it in and the same thing, no one could help us! The next week we brought it back again. It sat in their lot all day, and when we went back at the end of the day it hadnt moved and they said that the guy that could help us had the flue and they would see if they could fix it the next day! We need these trucks for our business so we cant afford to have them just sitting in their lot, for such simple repairs! We are now driving the trucks with their promised repairs still remaining to be done. I emeailed them our complaint and all they replied is that "We are #1, thanks for your support!" We have spoken with Chevy corp and they are trying to solve the problem, but guess what, no one from the dealership has called them back after them trying for a week! DONT GO HERE, there are so many other dealers to go to, save yourselves!!! More

Excellent and friendship service provided by Josh Graham. Anyone I talked to at the dealership was very friendly. I recently purchased a 2010 Cobalt for Karl Harrison. He was terrific. When I call him, he returns my call right away. He understands that not everyone has a work schedule that is 9 to 5. I called Karl about the situation as I have to travel quite some distance to my work and I did not want to be stranded out on a highway late at night. Karl told me to bring the car in. So today I brought the car in and he replaced the tire with a new one. That's called 'TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER'. Karl is great, and so is Natasha in the Service Dept. Very friendly and professional. She made me feel as if they really care about their customer's....Karl treated my husband and I as if we were family. Old fashion values......that's what sets this dealership apart from others. If you need a car, go see Karl! I sure am glad we did. More
