Poor customer service all the way First of all, parking is a disaster. I ask a salesman for directions to a place to park. He says just go find a place and walks off. Increadable. Next the vehicle I was considering purchasing was in for an oil change. I confirmed with a sales person the vehicle would be ready for me to see the day before. The salesman said the price is the price. We do NOT negotiate at all. I asked him to discount the $150 document fee. He said his manager refused. I have purchase over 200 vehicles for our construction trade business. I have never been treated so poorly before. This is not a place I will EVER visit again for a vehicle purchase. If you are looking for a vehicle, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. More

Great overall service by entire staff. My experience here with Good Chevrolet was by far more superior than I've ever had before when shopping for a vehicle. Let me start by saying I had be My experience here with Good Chevrolet was by far more superior than I've ever had before when shopping for a vehicle. Let me start by saying I had been shopping for a newer used SUV for 2 weeks prior to coming to Good Chevrolet. I had been trying to get a used SUV through a low volume small used cars dealership in Auburn that just seemed impossible to get me in to the vehicle I wanted. After several attempts and some disrespectful (almost rude like) service from several sellers, I decided to go check out a used Toyata 4runner for sale at Good that I had seen on their website. When I got there I immediately searched the lot for the 4runner. Unlike most dealerships that like to pressure you in to buying and come running out to bombard you with questions when all you want to do is look first, they didn't do that here. They let me look around and check out the inventory. After I was unable to find the 4runner I was looking for, I then proceeded to the showroom. As soon as I walked in I was greeted politely by a salesman and asked him if they still had the 4runner I was looking for. He wrote down a stock number and said he'd be back after checking to see if it was available still. 2 min later he pulled up to the front door with the 4runner. He took a quick copy of my license and insurance and off for a test drive we went. It was exactly what I had hoped for except 1 major feature. It wasn't 4x4. My hopes were shattered. So we drove back to dealership and he then asked me if I would like him to check for similar SUVs with 4x4 in the same price range they had in stock. I accepted the offer. He found a couple and knowing I was disappointed about the 4runner he turned me over to his manger and said she would be able to help me find something equal to what I was looking for. He was right. She ended up finding me a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 with very low miles for only 4k more than the 2011 4runner that had 110k more miles on it. After a test drive and confirming I wanted to check the the numbers for financing it she turned me over to a financing agent there who took care of getting me the the best deal possible. What was especially great with him, is he took time to explain everything in detail to where a person like myself with very low knowledge on financing and credit reports, could understand. In less than 1 hr from walking in there I was driving out of there with a better SUV than I had originally came for. To all the staff that helped me, I can't thank you enough. You have gained a customer for life in me. Which reminds me, I also received free oil changes for life on my purchased Jeep Cheeroke. Just reason Good Chevrolet is the only place I will ever buy my vehicles in the future. More
