When I visited this dealership in January I was so impressed with how it has changed since the new ownership took over! Everyone was very friendly & it looked like they did some renovations. After an alternator replacement, the first day I took my car in the interstate, the engine blew, with damage immediately next to the alternator they replaced. An independent mechanic attested that the damage was most likely due to poor alternator installation. Go Kia Renton gave excuses like: low oil (it has been changed within the 5,000 mile window); or age (the engine had well under 70,000 miles on it; it had been replaced)… but they could never admit their own involvement. Like most typical businesses, they only look out for themselves. They only care about customers when legally forced to. More

I brought it back three times, and each time it took a week. im pick up my car yesterday im driver 0.5 mile can’t drive stuff on highway , fix only no option for customers, they tell me trade get different car, im lost money, is not my problem, this car problem. xxxx never never buy KN , I've taken the car in for repairs many times, but the problem still hasn't been solved. my car only 7800 mile, Currently, it's still being repaired at the Kia dealership in Renton, and I haven't received any updates from them. I think I don't like Kia anymore, and I'm so tired of this car. I've only owned it for 8 months, but it's already needed repairs three times. Last week, I went to pick up my car after a week of repairs. Shortly after leaving KIA Renton, it broke down in the middle of the road and wouldn't move. I had to do everything I could to restart it and bring it back to KIA Renton for further repairs. I still don't understand how Go Kia Renton and Kia America operate. Why is my car having such problems, yet they can't offer a solution? I've had to take the car to the dealership four times, starting in December, and it's still unresolved. My car has been at the dealership for over a month, and I still haven't received an answer. Go Kia Renton said they found the fault code but needed to consult with Kia America. I don't understand why both sides are blaming each other, and the customer is the one suffering. I bought the new car because I was worried about problems with my wife, but instead, it has so many faults, and when problems arise, my wife doesn't know how to fix them. I'm extremely frustrated with the way the dealership and customer service staff work; they offer no solution. I need a solution, but the process is taking too long, and I'm still paying installments for the car. Other brands accept returns when there are problems and provide excellent customer service, but Kia Renton is different; they're terrible, and I will never buy a Kia car again. I'm so tired of these issues. Once they sell the car, the customer is no longer important to them. I'm afraid of their deceptive tactics to entice customers to buy, and once the customer buys, they don't care about them anymore. For over two months, the problems haven't changed; my car is still not fixed, I haven't received any answers, and I can't return the car or anything else. I will never consider buying a Kia again. The repair was scheduled to begin on December 30, 2025, and as of today, March 3, 2026, the issue remains unresolved. The vehicle is still at the dealership, and there has been no response from Kia Renton or Kia America. More
