We began working with Steve Bowker a couple years ago when we ordered our new F150 truck. Steve made us feel like an old friend. Steve never pressured us to sell a vehicle. Bill also was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to decide the options we wanted on our truck. We were in the market for a new car and came back to Beford. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel like a life long friend. We ordered a new 2013 C-Max Hybrid from Bill Rickert. Steve, then Bill and Fred Hogan kept us informed every step of the way until our car was finally delivered. Monica searched for the best lending rates and made sure she could find all the discounts she could to get the monthly payments to meet our needs. Fred Hogan was amazing. There is so much technology in our new car. Fred took the time to help us become familiar with all the awesome features of the car. He keep saying that in two weeks we should come back and he would answer any questions we had. I just thought to myself. I can look it up in the manual if I have questions. Well Fred, I have a list and yep, in 2 weeks we will return to get them answered. We hadn't had our C-Max 2 days when the battery went completely dead. Being it is a Hybrid, I was thinking it was operator error. I called and talked to Melanie Grubb in the service department. She told us to call Ford's Roadside Assistance to have the car towed into the dealership. Melanie greeted us right away with a smile and apologized for the problems we were having and said it was a bad battery and not "operator error". Melanie took care of the problem and had us out of there the next afternoon. Super great crew at Beford Ford. We will continue to make Beford our Ford Store. More

This sales person and indeed the dealership as a whole did everything that could be asked of them to ensure that we left the premises happy and content. But more than that, we left with a brand new Ford that we honestly did not believe or feel we would ever qualify to purchase. I went in Beford scoping out a new Taurus for my wife. I found one at another dealer but they weren't willing to work with me on my trade in. I met Drew on evening and he had one in stock.......... but it w found one at another dealer but they weren't willing to work with me on my trade in. I met Drew on evening and he had one in stock.......... but it wasn's exactly what I wanted. He worked with me and found they exact car with the options I wanted in Cincinati. He made the arrangements and had the vehicle in the next day. Then, we worked out what I thought was a fair deal and made it happen. Drew is a true professional and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend anyone to do business here and especially with Drew!!! More
