Awesome experience! We found a car online by linking to the dealer through cars.com. We contacted the dealer and was in turn contacted by Matt from the dealership. He sent us all a required information, we set up an appointment to go pick up the car when it was ready. Matt had excellent communication with us throughout the purchase process. Once we arrived at the dealership were probably greeted he handled everything professionally and friendly. The car was exactly what we expected. It had been perfectly recondition. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience, our sales person, and the dealership. Manager was also very friendly and professional. Poor customer service in sales Bought a used Mini with my son. We were treated reasonably well during that visit, although my wife inquired about test driving an X1, and was virtual Bought a used Mini with my son. We were treated reasonably well during that visit, although my wife inquired about test driving an X1, and was virtually ignored by Kunal Bramhecha, the sales rep. Indeed we were left to just sit for 30-45 minutes with no interaction while we waited for a business manager to finish the deal. A month later, we get a rather terse voice mail implying we were holding up the tag registration process because we had not brought the vehicle in for emissions testing. First anyone had heard of it on our end, while a Mr. Du Bois, (manager) stated that Kunal had been in contact with our son, (he had not), and our son just did not show up for the check. Upon two conversations with two other managers, we were treated as if the lie did not matter, no apology offered, no real concern over customer service at all. Contrast that with our experience at United BMW Roswell, where we purchased a new 328i, and were treated very professionally and very kindly by Vinith Victor. Should I purchase another BMW in the future, it will be at United BMW of Roswell, and Global Imports will not see me again. More

Terrible service Went in for an oil change and a warranty repair on December 7th. Picked the Z4 that day and within 10 miles the cooling system failed for lack of a cl Went in for an oil change and a warranty repair on December 7th. Picked the Z4 that day and within 10 miles the cooling system failed for lack of a clamp. We had to take the auto to a local shop paid $150 for repair, we had to replace all the coolant was told 1 clamp was installed backwards and another was missing. We spoke with the service representative at Global, Jermaine who was apologetic, and left 2 messages with the service manager Branden who was unresponsive. That’s the real issue, we own two BMW’s and to be treated with unprofessionalism and indifference is simply uncalled for. More
