I inherently don't trust car salesmen, but these guys are a rare exception. We went in on a whim on 3/30/19 and ended up purchasing a 2012 Tiguan. We felt like we got great service, a quality vehicle, and a great deal. They worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for our needs and our budget. Special shout out to Sales Consultant Jake Dozeman, who was happy to show us cars within our budget and was very honest and up front with us about the specs and condition of the vehicles we looked at. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Don't go across the freeway to the other dealerships. Stick on the southside and go to Glenwood Volkswagen! More

Emergency Assistance I had my car towed to Glenwood Springs Volkswagen/Audi in the middle of the night. They didn't know it was coming. My car was way out of the warrant I had my car towed to Glenwood Springs Volkswagen/Audi in the middle of the night. They didn't know it was coming. My car was way out of the warranty window. I returned the next day 15 minutes after they opened. My urgency was driven by a need to catch a flight in Denver later that day. The service department didn't have time for an appointment. I am absolutely the type of guy that will and did bring tools with the intention of fixing my car right there in the parking lot (as I figured that the service department would be booked). I'm a never give up type, I'm always going to try. Many places would have probably would have shushed me away. The Service Manager Chris went above and beyond to help me get down the road and catch my flight. It was like I had been given a magic appointment. Chris is more than just a manager he used to be a tech. His willingness to listen to my explanation of the problem and discuss with me what we could try, right there in the parking lot, without and appointment was exemplary. We didn't actually solve the problem but Chris DID exhaust what resources he could afford to in the time I could afford to spend before I needed to consider other ways to get to the airport. He gave it the old "college try." He really wanted me to succeed. That kind of service is hard to find anymore. Glenwood Springs Volkswagen/Audi is lucky have a guy like Chris that really wants to help a customer not just charge a customer. I'm happy they will be reaping my vehicle for me. Thanks Chris! More

My Toureg was involved in the Diesel recall and Chris was incredibly supportive during this entire process. Chris was also incredibly aware of my work schedule and helped identify ways to have my car issues managed in a way that minimized impact on my work. Chris also worked with my family to discuss options for the purchase of a new car and was the SOLE reason that I ended up purchasing a new car from his dealership. Chris is exceptional. More
